Treat your child with these home-made Buckwheat Crackers. This contributes an earthy, nutty flavour to these crackers. Buckwheat contains proteins, various minerals, and antioxidants.

Contents
½ cup Buckwheat(Kuttu) flour, 1 tbsp. Cornstarch, 2 tbsp. Flax Meal, 5 tbsp. Coconut Oil, 1 tsp. Ghee, 2 tbsp. Sesame seeds, a pinch of Salt, water as needed.
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine the flours, sesame seeds, and salt together in a mixing bowl. Add the oil; rub the flour until the mixture is crumbly.
3. Add water little by little and knead the flour into soft dough
4. Roll out the dough into thin sheets and cut into desired shapes and place them on the greased baking sheet.
5. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until they are lightly browned.
6. Remove from heat and cool.
Serve them to your child at snack time.
