Apricot halwa with a pleasent aroma and natural sweetness of khubani is absolutely heavenly dish. Dried apricots are rich in Vitamin A and milk adds calcium to it.

Contents
1 cup dried apricots, 1/4th cup sugar, water as desired, 2 tbsp ghee, ½ cup milk, chopped dry fruits
1. Soak dried apricots in water for 2-3 hours.
2. Drain the water. Deseed the apricots and blend them to a smooth paste in a mixer. Add milk to make a mooth paste.
3. Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a skillet and add apricot puree into it.
4. Keep stirring the halwa. Add sugar and remaining milk and continue to stir until it starts leaving the sides of kadai and desired consistency is attained.
Switch off the flame and garnish it with chopped dry fruits.
