Sukhadi, a traditional sweet delicacy from Gujarat is perfect to treat your child's sweet tooth anytime. IT is loaded with iron, vitamin E, and healthy carbs.

Contents
1 cup wheat flour, 1 tsp poppy seeds, 5tbsp ghee, 3/4 cup grated jaggery, 1/4 tsp cardamom powder, 2 tbsp milk
1. Heat ghee in a skillet and roast wheat flour in it. Keep the flame low. Keep stirring continuously.
2. Remove from flame and add cardamom powder, jaggery, milk. Mix well.
3. Grease a thali with ghee and sprinkle poppy seeds over it.
4. Now pour the wheat flor jaggery mixture on to prepared greased thali and spread it evenly.
While it is a little warm, cut it into pieces. Serve warm or cold.
